**Job summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models to support business decision-making processes.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that can drive strategic initiatives.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Create and automate reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Train and mentor team members on advanced Excel techniques and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of Excel models to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Lead the development of new Excel-based tools and templates to streamline business processes.
- Oversee the implementation of Excel solutions to ensure they meet business needs and objectives.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Excel-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all Excel-based activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Excel models and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated with the latest Excel features and functionalities to continuously improve the quality of deliverables.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and VBA.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
- Have experience in creating and maintaining complex Excel models.
- Show ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Display strong organizational and time management skills.
- Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Have a solid understanding of data governance and security principles.
- Be familiar with other data analysis tools and software is a plus.
- Demonstrate experience in training and mentoring team members.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
