**Associate, Business Technology Liaison II**

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Business Technology Liaison II to join our BTS BUSINESS SUPPORT - INDIA team. This role is located in Chennai, TN- Hybrid.

**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:

- Uses defined or documented processes to collect and define requirements from businesses or functional areas.
- Execute User Acceptance Test plans, as well as testing system modifications to prepare for implementation.
- Coordinate with cross functional team, stakeholders, and business leaders
- Provides data-driven recommendations and reports to business
- Facilitate Training and Guidance to Technical Team
- Writing Scope Document
- Writing Business Requirement Document, User Stories/ Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria

**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:

- Expertise in Software Testing/User Acceptance Testing
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Knowledge on Payments domain
- Experience in using Jira/Confluence
