**Job Role**
- Track all dispatched orders and ensure they are delivered within the Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Coordinate with courier partners and the demand team for deliveries and appointments.
- Have basic Excel knowledge.
- Align courier partners for dispatches based on their performance and TAT zone-wise.
- Ensure that all Proofs of Delivery (PODs) for delivered shipments are uploaded in the system/drive.
- Maintain multiple sheets and update them regularly.
- Highlight cases such as appointment breaches/missed deliveries, and other issues.
- Reconciliation of courier invoices and submitting invoices to finance for payments

Required Experience

Min 1 Year of Experience into Logistics

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
