**Position Overview**:*
**### *Key Responsibilities**:*

1. *Account Management: Mainly Amazon & Flipkart
- Serve as the primary point of contact for e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers to ensure collaboration and support for business growth.

2. *Listings Optimization:*
- Ensure all product listings are optimized for visibility and conversion, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Conduct regular audits of listings to ensure accuracy and alignment with platform policies.

3. *Sales Growth:*
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

4. *Campaign Management:*
- Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives.

5. *Inventory and Operations:*
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure sufficient stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

6. *Data Analysis & Reporting:*
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Generate and present regular reports on performance and provide actionable insights.

7. *Compliance & Policy Adherence:*
- Ensure compliance with all platform policies and guidelines.
- Stay updated on changes in platform algorithms, policies, and market trends.

**### *Qualifications and Skills**:*
- *Experience:* 1-2 years of experience in managing e-commerce accounts on Flipkart and Amazon
- *Skills:*
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Seller Central, Vendor Central).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
