**Job Summary**:
The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on the E-Commerce marketplace. This role involves developing strategies to increase sales, enhance product visibility, and ensure compliance with Amazon's policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings, including creation, optimization, and updates.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords.
- Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
- Stay up to date with changes in Amazon’s algorithms, policies, and best practices.
- Generate reports on sales, traffic, and ad performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to the management team based on data analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Amazon Specialist or in a similar e-commerce role & Category Should be Health & Personnel Care
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
