**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Management**:

- Process and monitor daily orders, returns, and cancellations across e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of products.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment.
- Monitor product listings for discrepancies in pricing, stock, or descriptions.

**E-commerce Advertising**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Flipkart Ads, Amazon Ads, and Snapdeal Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Monitor keywords, bids, and budgets to enhance visibility and sales.

**Platform Operations**:

- Create and update product listings with high-quality images, descriptions, and specifications.
- Monitor and improve seller ratings and customer reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and platform policies.

**Sales and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze sales data, trends, and competitor performance.
- Generate periodic reports on platform performance and ad campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights to improve overall e-commerce strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing operations on Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in handling Flipkart Ads, Amazon PPC, or Snapdeal marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of inventory management tools and e-commerce software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with SEO for e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of product photography or basic image editing.
- Familiarity with tools like SellerApp, Helium10, or Jungle Scout.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
