**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product listings, inventory, pricing, and content on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce sales data, web traffic, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure seamless operations.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, offers, and sales campaigns to increase online sales.
- Optimize product pages with SEO-friendly content to improve search rankings and customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain and update product catalog, ensuring accuracy and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for pricing strategies and product positioning
- Assist in implementing strategies to drive traffic and conversion rates for the online store.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Must have 02 to 04 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in handling online marketplaces.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and customer behavior.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
