We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **E-commerce Executive** to manage day-to-day operations related to **product cataloging, pricing updates, inventory coordination, and order processing** across major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing & Cataloging**:

- Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content, images, bullet points, and keywords.
- Coordinate with graphic/design team for product images.
- Upload listings on various e-commerce platforms using bulk upload templates or portal backends.
- **Pricing & Promotions**:

- Update pricing and discount strategies as per market trends and internal policies.
- Monitor competitor pricing and suggest pricing adjustments to stay competitive.
- Set up platform promotions, coupons, and deals.
- **Inventory & Order Management**:

- Coordinate stock levels with warehouse/supply chain team.
- Monitor inventory status to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure timely order processing, tracking updates, and returns management.
- **Operational Coordination**:

- Resolve issues related to listing errors, blocked listings, and compliance.
- Liaise with marketplace account managers and support teams when required.
- Maintain performance metrics dashboards (late dispatch rate, ODR, etc.).
- **Report Generation**:

- Generate weekly/monthly sales, pricing, and performance reports.
- Track marketing spend vs. ROI, where applicable.

**Required Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other major platforms.
- Good understanding of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, bulk sheets).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume listings.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for product listings.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations tools like Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or similar (optional).
- Basic knowledge of GST, logistics, and packaging standards is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,999.23 - ₹25,000.00 per month
