Working with multiple organizations, state and central governments over the years has helped us build expertise in the field of framing public policies, advising in the implementation of public policies and academic analysis, assessment and publication. We also work closely with policy stakeholders at multiple levels - from universities and NGOs to grassroots organizations and government bodies. Drawing on thorough scientific analysis, we make holistic proposals to address immense interconnected problems. Along with it, we also convene high-level meetings, debates, conferences, lectures and other events.

**About the Role**

GVF is looking for dynamic, self-driven individuals who are passionate about evidence based public policy and social impact.

**Location**:Delhi

**Required Educational Qualification/Experience**
- PhD Completed/Submitted
- Master’s Degree (Economics, Public Policy, Public Administration, Management, Data Analytics or equivalent) with 2 to 5 years of work experience, or
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience
- Preferred experience in consulting/ research/ public policy/ development sector/working with government organizations/ think tanks/ reputed govt or NGO fellowships

**Skills we are looking for**
- Intermediate skills in data analysis and visualisation
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft tools including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word as well as Google workspace functionalities
- Strong report-writing skills
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Analytical and research skills, both in qualitative/quantitative approaches.
- Experience with R, Stata etc software (desired but not compulsory)
- Good understanding and hands-on experience in Monitoring & Evaluation of development programmes. (desired but not compulsory)

**Roles and Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for well-defined activities such as
- Public policy research & data analysis assisting in research design, development of questionnaires insights, etc.
- Drafting policy briefs, research notes and reports independently as well as in a team.Conduction of primary and secondary research and support in data collection through different methods (field surveys, In-depth interviews, FGDs, etc)
- Working with multiple stakeholders and partners
- Leading the projects and ensuring timely delivery of project tasks and other functional responsibilities
- Any other responsibilities as may be assigned

**Salary**: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
