We are seeking a highly resourceful and intellectually curious Research Associate to support our Founder & CEO in delivering strategic clarity and narrative precision across business, media, policy, education, innovation, and global affairs. This is a mission-critical role that empowers well-informed decision-making and tight narrative framing.

**Key Responsibilities**

Conduct comprehensive research from online, print, and institutional sources, covering topics such as public policy, market trends, education, entrepreneurship, leadership, and current affairs.

Summarize and synthesize long-form content into concise, high-impact executive summaries and briefing decks.

Monitor and track developments across newspapers, journals, and editorials; prepare daily or weekly briefs.

Conduct rapid-response background research on individuals, institutions, and emerging sectors.

Organize complex research into structured deliverables—timelines, comparison tables, reports, and presentations.

Collaborate with CEO to refine research questions, verify facts, and ensure narrative coherence.

**Qualifications & Skills**

Bachelor’s (or master’s) degree from a reputed institution in Journalism, Humanities, Public Policy, Economics, Liberal Arts, or Business.

1-3 years of experience in research, reporting, editorial roles, or strategic support. Fresh graduates with strong research aptitude are welcome to apply.

Proficiency in research platforms including AI tools, Google Advanced Search, Google Scholar, and productivity tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Grammarly.

Excellent written communication, narrative structuring, and clarity in executive summaries.
