**Position**:Research Associate

**Location**: New Delhi

**Overview of the Company**:Matrix Polytech is a privately held company founded in 2007 and headquartered in New Delhi, India, with its production facility at Bhiwadi, one of the fastest-growing industrial towns in the north-eastern boundary of Rajasthan, a region of the Alwar district. Despite being relatively new in the industry, Matrix today is a growing market leader following continuous investments in research and the latest technologies. With gratitude towards robust and sustained growth, Matrix now aspires to position itself as a major supplier of specialized polymer materials. Our product range includes ZHFR (Zero Halogen Fire Retardant) and PVC compounds.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic chemical and analytical knowledge.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, good negotiator, and work with a high level of integrity.
- Expert in operating MS Office suite.
- Adequate IT skills and tech-savviness with efficient business thinking is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, good presentation skills and a highly driven attitude are desirable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand and prepare technical reports.
- Build and maintain quality systems and certifications.
- Propose ideas for improvement based on your observations.
- Gather valuable market insights through thorough market research, providing actionable recommendations.
- Create compelling presentations and proficiently manage data using productivity tools to facilitate strategic decision-making and planning.
- Demonstrate a proactive problem-solving approach while diligently accomplishing assigned tasks.
- Work collaboratively in a team to drive company projects forward**.**:

- Work on new products and participate in research projects relevant to the company.

- Day shift
