We are looking for a diligent **Accountant**to manage financial records, statutory compliance, and documentation for our bank operations. The role involves maintaining accurate books, handling GST, TDS, and audits, and ensuring proper document flow within the organisation.

**Location**: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

**Educational Qualification**:

- Postgraduate/Graduate in Commerce (M.Com, B.Com, BAF, or related field).
- Semi-qualified CA, CMA, or CS will be preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Maintenance**: Accurately record financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan disbursements, ensuring proper classification and documentation.
- **Bank Account Management**: Monitor and manage bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and properly documented.
- **Documentation Management**: Handle internal and external communication, process customer transactions, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality of banking information.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank and cash accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- **Statutory Compliance**: Manage statutory deductions, returns, GST, and TDS.
- **MIS Reporting**: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports in desired formats to support decision-making processes.
- **Document Handling**: Manage the filing and handling of all legal documents, contracts, and other official documents. Track Subscription and ensure proper documentation flow within the organisation.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with auditors and other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software (knowledge of cloud-based tools will be an advantage).
- Strong organisational and document-handling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication for internal and bank coordination is preferred.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and auditing concepts.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, or audit.
- Experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage.
- Articleship/experience in a CA firm will be an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
