Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, schedule property showings, and provide follow-up information.
Document Management: Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, listings, and other necessary documents.
Database Management: Update and maintain with client information, property details, and sales activities.
Marketing Support: Coordinate open houses, property listings, and social media content to support marketing efforts.
Research: Conduct market research, gather comparative market analysis and keep agents informed of market trends.
Transaction Coordination: Monitor and manage transaction progress to ensure smooth closings, coordinating with clients, inspectors, and title companies.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administration (real estate experience preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and social media.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Detail-oriented and comfortable with paperwork.
Basic understanding of real estate transactions and terminology (a plus).

Key Responsibilities:
Team Event Planning: Organize regular team-building events, retreats, and social activities to improve team cohesion.
Workshops and Training: Coordinate skill-building workshops or training sessions to enhance team productivity and individual capabilities.
Employee Engagement: Conduct surveys or interviews to understand team satisfaction and identify areas of improvement.
Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new team members and help integrate them into the team culture.
Communication Improvement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance internal communication among team members and departments.
Performance Motivation: Implement motivational strategies, recognition programs, and rewards to maintain a high-energy, engaged work environment.
Reporting and Feedback: Gather feedback from team-building events and provide reports to management with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
12th’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in team-building, event planning, or human resources (experience in real estate a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various departments.
Creative problem-solving skills and an energetic personality.
Familiarity with team-building exercises, workshops, and engagement tools.Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
