Job Title: Real Estate Sales Associate

Position Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Assist clients in understanding property values, market conditions, and potential investment opportunities.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with buyers, sellers, and agents to ensure a fair transaction.

Lead Generation: Proactively generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and various marketing activities.

Documentation: Guide clients through necessary paperwork and compliance requirements.

Database Management: Maintain accurate client records in a CRM system to manage leads and track the sales process.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or a related field is a plus.

Real estate license [Patna Bihar ].

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or real estate preferred.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Skills:
