- Position: Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive
- Location: BHIVE Indiranagar, Bangalore
- Employment Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, driving revenue growth
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to stay ahead in the market

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales 1 - 2 years experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
