**Cost analysis**: Calculating the cost of food and beverages, including ingredient costs, portion sizes, and menu prices
- **Inventory management**: Overseeing the procurement, storage, and issuance of food and beverage inventory
- **Menu engineering**: Collaborating with the culinary team to develop menus that balance profitability and guest satisfaction
- **Budgeting and forecasting**: Assisting in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts
- **Auditing**: Validating POS system discounts and voids, and ensuring pricing accuracy
- **Reporting**: Preparing daily and monthly F&B reports to provide management with insights to inform strategic decisions
- **Cost-saving initiatives**: Implementing cost-saving strategies that align with the financial goals
- **Surprise checks**: Conducting surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets to safeguard against wastage and pilferage
- **Staff meal cost report**: Preparing daily staff meal cost report
- **Stock taking**: Participating in stock taking at the restaurants
- **Receiving department**: Spot checking on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct and goods are checked for quality
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
