**About the role**: Ops and Support

**Expectations/ Requirements**

Ensure an excellent customer experience by responding to problems as they arise.

Ability to handle customer query and escalations telephone calls. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-skill work environment.

Ability to work in rotational Shift

Maintaining Weekly Roster, Attendance, and Team data

**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**
- Minimum 3 year of experience in Operations
- Excellent Communication skills both Written & Verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent in MS office - excel, power-point.
