- **Inventory Management**:Accurately tracking sales, restocking merchandise, and ensuring proper product display.
- **Customer Service**:Providing exceptional service and building positive relationships with customers.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:Meeting or exceeding individual or store sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Customer Service**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- **Sales**: Strong sales skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and close sales.
- **Product Knowledge**: Knowledge of jewelry, gemology, and industry trends.
- **Retail Experience**: Experience in retail sales or customer service.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: For record-keeping and other administrative tasks.
- **Additional Skills**: Depending on the employer, a high school diploma or equivalent, certification in jewelry or gemology, and/or a license to sell certain types of jewelry may be required.

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹30,002.41 per month
