Introduction We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused female salesperson for our new garment showroom located in Selaiyur. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a delightful shopping experience to customers. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining the showroom’s visual appeal, promoting new collections, and achieving sales targets. It’s an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in the retail and fashion industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Assistance & Sales Greet customers warmly and understand their shopping preferences. Assist customers in choosing garments based on size, color, style, and occasion. Showcase the latest collections and promote new arrivals and special offers. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales. Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets. 2. Showroom Maintenance Maintain proper stock display and arrangement for easy customer access. Ensure that the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist in labeling, tagging, folding, and arranging garments neatly. 3. Billing & Inventory Support Assist in billing and cash counter activities when required. Keep track of stock availability and inform the showroom manager about replenishment needs. Help with stock audits, inventory checks, and returns. 4. Customer Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with customers by offering personalized shopping experiences. Collect feedback and report customer preferences to the management. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns politely and professionally. Required Skills & Competencies Good Communication Skills – Ability to interact with customers confidently in Tamil and basic English. Fashion Sense – Understanding of garment types, styles, and trends. Customer Service Orientation – Patient, polite, and approachable attitude. Sales Skills – Ability to persuade, upsell, and achieve targets. Teamwork – Ability to work effectively with colleagues and showroom managers.
