**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive - IT Services

**Reports To**: Customer Relationship Manager / Operations Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to promote trust and loyalty.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through the initial setup process.
- Coordinate with technical, support, and project teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
- Monitor project timelines, update clients on progress, and manage expectations.
- Record all client interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Collect feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the Customer Relationship Manager or technical leads.
- Identify and communicate potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities to the sales team.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with defined SLAs and client requirements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, client support, or relationship management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Experience working in an IT company or with tech clients is a strong advantage.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
