**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated **Inside Sales Executive** to join our growing team in Ludhiana. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the field sales team with lead generation and client coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for smooth lead handover and customer follow-ups.
- Develop strong product knowledge to confidently explain product features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports with the management team.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of inside sales or tele-sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer service practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.

**Salary**:

- Competitive salary plus performance incentives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
