1.Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

2.Analyze customer data and insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.

3.Design and manage customer loyalty programs, incentives, and promotions to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.

4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.

6.Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to tailor marketing messages and offerings to specific customer segments.

7.Utilize CRM software and tools to effectively manage customer information, interactions, and communications.

8.Monitor and track key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

9.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and customer experience management.

10.Train and mentor CRM team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.

**Qualifications**:
1.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

2.Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related role

3.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies and initiatives.

4.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.

5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with clients at all levels.

6.Experience using CRM software and tools, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.

7.Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.

8.Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.

9.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

10.Passion for the jewellery industry and a commitment to delivering memorable customer experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
