Job Profile:
**Responsibilities -**
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong vendor relationships.
- Oversee the maintenance of an organized and efficient store, managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that all purchased materials meet the required quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or project timelines.

Requirement:

- Proven work experience in store management and purchase management.
- Familiarity with sourcing & vendor management.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- A mode of commute (for within the city only, whenever necessary) is also a must.
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
