**Purchase & Order Dispatch**
- A Purchase and Order coordinator is responsible to ensure that production schedules are met and shipments to customers are completed on time.
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing purchase orders and communicating with purchasing agents, warehouses and sales reps;
- High level of cross departmental communication with the pricing, logistics, marketing, sales and accounting;
- Coordinate with sales regarding order status, shipping dates, issues, and product availability;
- Dispatch orders to freight companies;
- Manage new item roll outs as it relates to orders, inventory management and shipping for key accounts;
- Proactively follow up on any customer issues (billbacks, credit memos, etc);
- Assist to Sales & Marketing Team and sample sending;
- Oversee warehouse inventory as it relates to orders and shipping;
- Solid understanding of warehouse inventory counts and run rate reporting;
- Monitor all monthly shipments and follow up with carriers;
- Extreme attention to detail required to ensure accuracy of orders;
- Obtain additional information as necessary from different departments in the company;
- Main customer service contact for assigned warehouses and within distributor network.

- Highly skilled in and dedicated to customer service;
- Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication;
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent organizational stills, extremely detail oriented with attention to accuracy;
- Ability to work independently and with a team;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word;
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities;
- Self-starter and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
- Ensure for:
- A. Postpurchase Inspection.

B. Predelivery Inspection.

C. Complete Support.

D. Quality (Safety/Packaging) Presentation.

E. Logistics Rates & Timely Delivery.

**Preference**:
2. Should have strong communication skill and or purchase

3. Good Language command on English and Hindi

**Experience**:2 to 5 Years

**Salary**:15000 to 20000
