
Presales Executive

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales.
- Engage with prospects over the phone to understand their needs and gather essential information for further evaluation
- Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
- Manage a large number of outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are accurately recorded and tracked.
- Collaborate with the sales team by passing on qualified leads and ensuring smooth handover for follow-up and closure.
- Work towards achieving daily and weekly call and qualification targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales pipeline.
**DESIRED PROFILE**
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a presales, telesales, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and qualify potential leads over the phone.
- Basic understanding of interior design services is preferred
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
