**Dairy Sales Executive**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell a range of dairy products including milk, curd, ghee, paneer, yogurt, and buttermilk to retail outlets, distributors, hotels, restaurants, and institutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify potential customers, generate new leads, and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the logistics and distribution team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and product demos to increase product awareness.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of dairy products and industry practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-driven with a passion for field sales.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Dairy Technology, Food Science, Business Administration, or Marketing).
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG/Dairy/Food sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
