The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Operations Executive to be the face of our Hyderabad kitchen. You'll engage with customers—online and in-store—helping them understand our products, manage orders seamlessly with the baking team, and ensure every delivery experience feels special. If you enjoy combining great food, conversation, and coordination, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in and online customers, explain our products, and convert enquiries into sales.
  • Handle orders across platforms such as Petpooja, Zomato etc., ensuring timely updates.
  • Coordinate with the baking team to ensure accurate order flow, timely preparation, and dispatch.
  • Manage logistics through delivery partners like Porter and Uber for smooth customer fulfilment.
  • Maintain stock levels, track inventory, and coordinate replenishments.
  • Liaise with corporate clients for bulk or festive orders and ensure exceptional client servicing.
  • Represent AkiMi's Gourmet at exhibitions and pop-ups, focusing on maximizing visibility and sales.
  • Provide daily updates on orders, issues, and opportunities directly to the founder.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; hotel management graduates preferred.
  • Freshers welcome; prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational ability and comfort with digital tools and order management systems.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.

Work Hours

10:00 AM to 8:30 PM (extended hours during festive peaks such as Diwali, Christmas, and New Year).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
