**Job Title**: Operations Executive

**Location**: [Madhapur, Hyderabad]

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Release Purchase Orders (P.O.s)**: Issue P.O.s according to customer requirements as soon as the lead is finalized by the sales team.
- **Follow-Up on Deliveries**: Track and ensure timely delivery of products (doors, fire shafts, interiors) to the site. Liaise with vendors and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- **On-Site Product Inspection**: Inspect the quality of delivered products to ensure they meet customer standards and resolve any issues that arise.
- **Manage Installation**: Coordinate with installation teams and supervise the installation process on-site to ensure timely and quality execution.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates and ensure their satisfaction with progress.
- **Payment Follow-Up**: Follow up with clients on pending payments and ensure timely collection as per the payment terms.
- **Material Management**: Update material in-and-out records in the company’s system and keep track of inventory for project execution.
- **Data Entry & System Updates**: Accurately input project data and material usage into the company’s management system.
- **Daily Meetings**: Attend daily company meetings to provide updates on project status and collaborate with other departments.
- **Commuting & Site Visits**: Be available for on-site inspections and installations, with the ability to commute using your own bike.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relations.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Own a bike and have the ability to commute to various sites.
- Flexible to work on-site and attend to any operational needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the construction, interiors, or related industries.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 2 years (preferred)
