Operations Executive

Experience - 5 +Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints and inquiries promptly.
- Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet service demands.
- Analyze customer service data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and maintain clear, professional communication with vendors to build strong relationships and ensure mutual understanding.
- Solicit detailed quotations from vendors, ensuring all necessary specifications and terms are included to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to secure the best possible deals while aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Confirm and document agreed-upon prices with approved vendors, ensuring clarity and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Incorporate multiple vendors into the approved vendor list to diversify supply options and reduce risk, ensuring a thorough onboarding process for each new vendor.

- Ability to build strategic perspective and influence at customer level
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and

prioritize effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
