**Job Title: Dairy Products Manufacturing Executive / Operator / Supervisor**

**Job Summary**:
The Dairy Products Manufacturing professional is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of dairy products such as milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, and ice cream. The role includes managing processing operations, monitoring equipment, ensuring hygiene standards, and maintaining product quality and consistency according to regulatory and company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment including pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, fermenters, and packaging machines.
- Manage batch production processes for various dairy products (e.g., yogurt fermentation, butter churning, cheese coagulation).
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP protocols, and food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, etc.).
- Maintain records of raw material usage, production volumes, and quality checks.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and work with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep.
- Conduct in-process quality control tests such as acidity, fat content, temperature, and pH to ensure compliance with product specifications.
- Monitor and control processing parameters to optimize yield, efficiency, and product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and production areas.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes or improvement initiatives in collaboration with R&D and QA teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of dairy processing operations and equipment.
- Understanding of hygiene, food safety, and quality management systems.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-4 years in a dairy or food manufacturing plant.
- Experience in automated production lines or specialized dairy products (like cheese or fermented milk) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
