**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick up and deliver dairy products from the plant to customers and retail partners according to assigned routes and schedules.
- Ensure all products are handled with care and delivered in a hygienic and temperature-controlled manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and contact details, and ensure correct product quantities are delivered.
- Collect payments (if required) and obtain customer signatures or delivery confirmations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and address minor inquiries or concerns politely and promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and submit daily reports to the supervisor.
- Follow all transportation, hygiene, and safety guidelines strictly.
- Report any delivery delays, route issues, or vehicle malfunctions to the logistics manager.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid two-wheeler or three-wheeler driving license (LMV license if using a mini truck).
- Prior experience in delivery, preferably in food or dairy-related roles.
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
- Ability to handle dairy products with care and maintain hygiene standards.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to load/unload dairy crates as needed.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience handling perishable goods or working in a cold chain delivery setup.
- Familiarity with delivery tracking or route optimization apps.
- Basic understanding of dairy products and their handling requirements.
- Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
