Job Title: Production Executive - Dairy Plant

Job Summary:
The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing daily production activities in the dairy plant to ensure efficient, hygienic, and timely processing of milk and dairy products. The role includes managing manpower, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations across various stages—milk reception, pasteurization, homogenization, fermentation, filling, and packaging.
- Plan and monitor production schedules based on demand and supply forecasts.
- Ensure all processes adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and FSSAI guidelines.
- Manage and guide plant operators and technicians, ensuring proper manpower allocation per shift.
- Monitor and record key production parameters (temperature, flow rates, output, downtime, etc.).
- Liaise with the Quality Control team to address product deviations and maintain product quality.
- Coordinate maintenance needs and ensure mínimal breakdown and downtime of processing equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of production volumes, material usage, wastage, and yields.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve production efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of the production area.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and staff training programs related to quality and safety.

**Requirements**:

- Education: B.Tech / B.Sc in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-5 years in dairy or food processing industry, preferably in a supervisory or executive role.
- Strong understanding of dairy plant operations and process flow.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, GMP).
- Basic knowledge of equipment like pasteurizers, separators, homogenizers, and filling machines.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage time-sensitive operations.

Physical Requirements:

- Willingness to work in cold environments and production floor conditions.
- Able to handle moderate physical activity and shift-based schedules.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
