Key Responsibilities:

- **Production Planning and Execution**:Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and procedures to meet production targets and deadlines.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, including GMP, ISO 13485, and other relevant guidelines.
- **Team Management**:Supervise and motivate production staff, provide training, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- **Resource Management**:Coordinate the availability of raw materials, equipment, and other resources necessary for production.
- **Process Optimization**:Identify areas for improvement in production processes, implement changes, and monitor efficiency.
- **Safety and Compliance**:Ensure adherence to safety regulations, maintain a safe working environment, and comply with all relevant standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate production records, generate reports, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and ensure proper stock management.
- **Problem Solving**:Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with other departments, such as R&D, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure smooth production processes and compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in ELECTROPNICS
- Experience in a production role within the medical device industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
