**Job Title: Brand Collaborator**

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, pitch, and secure collaboration opportunities with influencers, creators, and complementary brands.
- Develop and manage brand partnership campaigns from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product) to ensure brand alignment and integration.
- Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and timelines.
- Track and analyze the performance of collaborations and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain strong relationships with external collaborators and nurture ongoing partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience), or knowledge of fashion/ brands.
- influencer marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of brand identity, social media platforms, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community building.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Manageable network of influencers or industry contacts.
- Familiarity with content creation and campaign reporting tools.
