Job Title: Packing Operator - Dairy Plant

Job Summary:
The Packing Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machines to ensure the safe, hygienic, and efficient packing of dairy products such as milk, curd, butter, paneer, and other items. The role involves adhering to safety and quality standards while meeting daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate, monitor, and adjust dairy packing machinery (e.g., pouch filling machines, bottle fillers, sealing units).
- Ensure accurate filling, sealing, labeling, and coding of dairy products.
- Perform routine checks on product weight, packaging quality, and expiry dates.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the packing area as per food safety standards (FSSAI, GMP).
- Report any machine malfunctions or deviations to the maintenance team.
- Maintain records of packed quantities, batch numbers, and shift reports.
- Ensure timely supply of packing materials and coordinate with the warehouse if needed.
- Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist in minor maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of packing equipment.
- Collaborate with QA team for sampling and inspection.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Technology preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in dairy or food packaging operations (freshers with relevant training may also apply).
- Knowledge of hygiene, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle physical tasks.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and basic machine-handling skills.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long hours.
- Comfortable working in cold environments typical of dairy plants.
- Manual handling of crates, cartons, or small loads as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
