We are currently seeking a **Packing Operator** to join our team at Sumathi seeds, a leader in the seed processing and packaging industry. As a Packing Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that processed seeds are packed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor seed packing machinery and equipment
- Ensure correct packaging materials and labels are used for each batch
- Weigh, seal, and label seed packages according to specifications
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure proper fill levels, seal integrity, and labeling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packing environment preferred
- Basic mechanical understanding of packing machines is a plus
- Attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
