**Medical - Front Desk Executive**

**Job Description**:
1. Customer Reception: Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner as they arrive at our premises.

2. Customer Assistance: Provide assistance and information to customers regarding our services, facilities, and procedures.

3. Prescription Reading and Coordination: Ability to accurately read and understand medical prescriptions, ensuring correct information is relayed to the frontline team for seamless coordination in delivering quality service to our customers.

4. Phone Handling: Handle incoming calls and redirect them appropriately, taking messages when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Freshers from Healthcare background are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in a Healthcare industry or similar role will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:

- For Freshers: INR 10,000 per month (Net Take-Home) + Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits.
- Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (10 hours duty).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
