**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for dairy product categories.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Appoint new distributors and channel partners in assigned territories.
- Ensure availability, visibility, and proper merchandising of products at outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits, generate leads, and resolve channel partner issues.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Support in promotional activities, product launches, and local marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any related field. MBA preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG / Dairy / Food Products.
- Strong distributor/channel management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of sales reporting tools preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Local market knowledge of Bhiwani and nearby areas is an added advantage.
