**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Planning and Execution**:

- Plan, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
- Develop ad strategies to meet specific business goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
- **Keyword Research and Optimization**:

- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify cost-effective and high-performing keywords.
- Continuously refine and expand keyword lists based on campaign performance.
- **Ad Copywriting and Creative Coordination**:

- Write compelling ad copies and collaborate with the design team for engaging visuals.
- A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and descriptions to improve CTR and conversions.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel.
- Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and present them to stakeholders.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage daily and monthly budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI.
- Adjust bids to optimize ad placements and achieve target KPIs.
- **Optimization and Testing**:

- Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, keywords, and targeting strategies.
- Conduct experiments and A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:

- Analyze competitor campaigns and stay updated on industry trends to refine strategies.
- Explore new advertising platforms and opportunities to expand reach.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.
- Perform regular quality checks on campaigns and landing pages.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing strategies is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant PPC platforms.
- Experience in managing eCommerce or lead-generation campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
