**Job description**:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Customer Support Executive. The role involves providing customer satisfaction and support including online support to clients, resolving technical issues, and providing technical support to customers via chat and mail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers for their queries. (Chat process & other works)
- Update information on day-to-day orders in the company System.
- Create labels for day-to-day return requests of the customers.
- Having Good Communication in English.
