We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern with a focus on telecalling and excellent communication skills to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and assisting in various marketing activities. **Responsibilities**:
Telecalling:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services.
- Engage in effective communication to understand customer needs and highlight relevant features and benefits.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Customer Engagement:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through phone interactions.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services.
- Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve marketing strategies.
- Communication Skills:

- Craft compelling scripts and talking points for telecalling activities.
- Ensure clear and concise communication to convey marketing messages effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align telecalling efforts with overall marketing campaigns.

Data Management:

- Update and maintain customer databases with accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and future improvements.
- Campaign Support:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve campaign objectives and targets.
- Reporting:

- Provide regular reports on telecalling performance, including call metrics and conversion rates.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Language Should Known:

- English
- Hindi ( Must )

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,289.07 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Relocate before starting work (required)
