This role requires one to work on the client's success and help our clients grow their revenues, efficiencies, and competitive edge. The person should be able to map Tech Exactly’s offerings to clients success and should have strong presentation skills to educate the client about it.

**Roles and Responsibilities-**
- Liaise with the Business Analysis or App marketing team to propose technical or marketing solutions that will help our clients be successful.
- Liaise with the Business Analysis team to do monthly client competitor analysis and make recommendations to our clients so that they stay ahead of the competition.
- Be responsible for sending monthly educational content for past and present clients.
- Identify upsell opportunities to existing clients.
- Connect with past inactive clients and reactivate their accounts.
- Connect with lost prospects and educate them about the latest technology use cases in their industry.

**Required Skill Sets -**
- Excellent communication in English.
- Strong Persuasive and presentation skills.
- A high level of integrity and willingness to learn is a must.
- Sales skills will be required
- Good if the person has basic Canva experience
