Position: Education Counsellor

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, career options, colleges, and universities in India and abroad.
- Provide guidance on admission processes, eligibility criteria, and scholarship opportunities.
- Maintain updated knowledge of educational institutions, courses, exams, and career trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions when required.
- Achieve enrolment targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English proficiency).
- Good convincing and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of the education sector (UG/PG courses, competitive exams, admissions).
- Ability to guide and mentor students with patience and empathy.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred).
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in counselling, admissions, or sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
