Education Counsellor

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic, **student-focused Study Abroad Counsellor** to guide students through their journey of pursuing higher education abroad. You will be responsible for providing personalized counselling, assisting in the admission and visa processes, and ensuring high student satisfaction and successful conversions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct **one-on-one counselling sessions (in-person or virtual) to assess student goals, background, and eligibility.**:
- Guide **students and parents through the visa process, including preparing them for interviews and document collection.**:
- Coordinate with **university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices when needed.**:
- Maintain **accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports.**:
- Stay **updated with current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner universities.**:
- Attend **training, webinars, and internal strategy meetings.**
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong **interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency a must).**:
- Empathetic **listener and persuasive communicator.**:
- Knowledge of the **international education landscape (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).**:
- Organized, **target-driven, and self-motivated.**:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
