We are seeking an experienced Education Counsellor to join our team. As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their educational journey. Your primary role will be to assist students in making informed decisions regarding their academic and career choices.

You will work closely with students and their parents, offering personalized counseling and helping them navigate through various educational options.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide personalized counseling to students and parents regarding educational choices, career paths, and admission requirements.

Assess students’ interests, strengths, and goals to help them make informed decisions.

Stay updated on the latest educational trends, admission procedures, and scholarship opportunities.

Conduct research on colleges, universities, and vocational institutions to provide accurate and relevant information to students.

Assist students in selecting suitable courses, programs, and majors based on their interests and abilities.

Coordinate with universities and colleges to obtain information about admission procedures, deadlines, and scholarships.

Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars to educate students about various educational options.

Maintain records of student interactions and counseling sessions.

Collaborate with other education professionals, including teachers and administrators, to develop and implement student support programs.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Education Counsellor or similar role for 2-5 years.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of educational systems, programs, and admission procedures.

Familiarity with career counseling techniques and assessment tools.

Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Good research and analytical skills.

Proficient in using educational counseling software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work from the office.

**Job Type**: Full time (Work from office)

Experience: 2- 5 years from Edutech

Job Location: Noida, Sector-3
