We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Analyst to join our team and drive a data-driven approach across various departments and business units. In this role, you will collaborate closely with different departments and business heads to identify gaps in decision-making processes and implement data-driven solutions to address them. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with different departments and business heads to implement a data-driven approach and resolve gaps in decision-making processes.
- Utilize the latest technology and best practices to deliver agile, efficient, and high-quality data and visualization solutions.
- Ensure alignment of the data and analytics team with business objectives and support key initiatives for squads and tribes.
- Prioritize opportunities using data-driven insights and solutions, including leveraging machine learning and AI techniques.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant technical degree preferred, with 3-7 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- Excellent visualization skills, storytelling abilities, and familiarity with best practices for conveying insights in an intuitive and visually compelling manner.
- Experience in creating, collecting, analyzing, and communicating business insights from data.
- Strong background in retention, churn, engagement, and marketing analytics metrics.
- Knowledge of analytics self-service BI approaches and predictive analytics solutions is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Microsoft Azure environment.
- Experience in statistical techniques (e.g., R, hypothesis testing).
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Fabric.
- Knowledge of GCS or AWS, AI/ML will be a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,825.50 - ₹55,629.87 per month
