Marketing Manager Job Description

We seek an innovative Growth Hacker to promote our company's brand and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies.
- Manage brand and demand generation activities to grow brand awareness, build pipelines, drive traffic, conversions, and engagements.
- Developing strategies to acquire new customers through channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), Ads, referrals, media partnerships, online events & other growth channels.
- Define & implement cold reach-out campaigns over various channels.
- Lead content marketing by contributing to content development for target customers, and collaborating with design and writing teams to produce high-quality SEO-optimized content.
- Analyzing website data to identify what types of content resonate with visitors, what types of content are ignored, and how frequently visitors are accessing the website.
- Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, and so on) to assist in the development of future marketing strategies.
- Providing expertise and feedback to improve the efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.).
- Generate new business leads.
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage implementation of the marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
- A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- At least two years of experience as a growth hacker.
- Proficiency in marketing tools that will be used in various marketing strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Self-starter, independent, proactive, results-oriented, and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
