**What is a Digital Marketing Growth Hacker?**

Let's break it down:
**Growth Hacker**: As a growth hacker, you are working on the most critical elements that influence growth. Example: you are responsible to increase the user count of the product. Therefore to achieve this goal, you may implement a number of well-defined and data-backed hacks that can bring us closer to our goals.

**Digital Marketing Professional**: As a digital marketing professional you are focused on the segment of the business that is responsible for using digital marketing efforts to achieve your business goals. Example: you are responsible for increasing traffic on our website so more users sign up. Therefore to achieve this goal, you may analyze what visitors are doing on our website.

Your job is a combination of both of these. Which means you will be analyzing, diagnosing potential problem areas then designing, implementing and testing solutions.

**A secret about us**:We're all growth hackers here. There's no CEO, there's no associate, there's none of that hierarchy. Just us hackers. I plan to build a $100mn company with just 10 employees. Right now we're at 1 - just me and we're valued at $5mn These 10 employees will also get ESOPs for their commitment to scaling and bringing our dream to life.
