**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, print, and event channels.
- Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, sales aids, and promotional items.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients to support business growth.
- Support product launches by coordinating with sales teams and organizing promotional events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with regulatory and business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, monitor performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and exhibitions, handling logistics and booth setup.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize company records, marketing files, and documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for marketing team members.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management for office and marketing supplies.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office functionality.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical formulations marketing for domestic and international markets.
- Proven track record of working with established pharmaceutical companies.
- Strong knowledge of customer regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize under tight deadlines.
