Our Directly Compressible Granules (DC Granules) offer innovative solutions to formulators and FDF companies, delivering superior quality and efficiency in SR/XR and IR products. **Role Summary** We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Marketing Executive** who is also comfortable handling **administrative tasks**. In this dual role, you will be responsible for marketing activities such as market research, planning, sales coordination, and campaign execution, while also supporting the company’s daily administrative operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to gain comprehensive exposure in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. **Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Responsibilities**: - Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies across digital, print, and event channels. - Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, sales aids, and promotional items. - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive trends. - Support product launch activities by coordinating with sales teams and organizing launch events. - Manage marketing budgets, monitor performance metrics, and prepare reports. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. - Coordinate participation in industry conferences and exhibitions, including logistics and booth setup. **Administrative Responsibilities**: - Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence. - Maintain and organize company records, marketing files, and documentation. - Assist in procurement and inventory management for office and marketing supplies. - Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for marketing team members. - Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office functionality. **Qualifications** - **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - **Experience**: 1-2 years in marketing; pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience is a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools. - Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize under tight deadlines. - Knowledge of compliance guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous. - Willingness to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed. **Why Join Us?** At YSK Laboratories, we offer a collaborative and innovative work environment where you can contribute meaningfully to the growth of our business.
